Chris
Chris has 12yrs recruitment experience at a senior level in the UK working with Public Sector organisations and started The Resourcing Hub in order to support UK recruitment businesses in identifying, engaging and onboarding high-quality talent. Alongside this, the businesses is focused on developing a recruitment presence in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) markets, working with end clients to attract the best candidates in the region.
Ahmad
Ahmad is our only Dubai Veteran as he’s been in Dubai since 2015. Prior to kick staring a career in recruitment he was working as a Sales Manager within the Health & Safety Sector. He’s spent several years of his youth travelling places such as Australia, Indonesia and some other Emirates of the UAE so has always got a story to tell. Ahmad’s experience and expertise in Sales over the years will certainly have him succeed within his career move into the world of Recruitment.
Curtis
Curtis is our specialist Construction Recruitment Consultant. He worked in the Construction industry for over 10 years’ in the UK, having started in the industry as a Ground Worker and then climbed his way up the ladder being promoted to a General Supervisor. In 2020 he was looking at another promotion to a General Manager, but he had a big decision to make as he had an opportunity to transition a move to Dubai as a Construction Recruitment Consultant. Curtis thought it would be a good idea to merge his expertise to Recruitment, as this enables him a better insight into finding the most suitable candidates for his roles to provide his clients with the best
Alisha
Alisha has recently moved to Dubai after travelling on and off for over 3 years. She joined The Resourcing Hub to pursue a new career in recruitment and has been working on the UK education sector. Alisha is now splitting her time between UK and Dubai education to widen her knowledge further. Alisha is loving her new life in Dubai and loving working for The Resourcing Hub with her new colleagues. She can’t wait to see where this path takes her!
Beth
Beth started her career within the recruitment industry 9 years ago, more recently in an inhouse capacity for Children’s Residential service. Beth decided to relocate to sunny Dubai after 26 years’ of living in Birmingham for two reasons: 1. For the much sunnier climate but 2. To continue to focus on Children’s Services here at The Resourcing Hub. Beth is super passionate about making a different to the lives of looked after children and believes she can contribute, to this on-going crisis, by placing individuals who have dedicated their career’s to helping others!
Ross
Ross is from Galway in the West of Ireland. He is a huge fan of sport and plays hurling, football and is also a keen golfer. He has spent roughly 4 and a half years in the medical device sector back in Ireland and has also spent many years coaching hurling with his local club. He moved to Dubai August 2021 where he started out coaching football in schools but decided he wanted to dive into the recruitment world and put his people skills that he has gained from his experience in working with large groups. He is enjoying his time with us do far and is looking forward to what the future has in store.
Rebecca
Rebecca has over 8 years’ experience within sales more recently as a Sales Manager for a Manchester based property company. After taking a year out to travel and live in the UAE, Rebecca decided that Dubai is where she wanted to settle and subsequently decided to pursue a career within Recruitment. Rebecca’s spent several years travelling and working in places like Ghana, South Africa, Australia and Ibiza so her life and work experience combined will surely see her making a success of recruitment.
Josh
Josh recently moved to Dubai to start my journey in recruitment. I served in the armed forces in the Royal Signals for a few years and prior to that I worked on site in the construction industry. I enjoy weight training, boxing and hill walking. I am passionate about building a career in recruitment and have found a niche in the healthcare market.
Wade
Wade has come to us with years of experience in the UK property market and the events sector after studying sports science and aerospace engineering in Wales. Making a return to the desert Wade started life in the Kalahari desert in Botswana before moving to South Africa, England and Wales before settling in Dubai where some of his family reside. Having hired staff in previous roles combined with his worldly experience he is a natural fit for the recruitment industry and a very exciting asset in our team!
